14 Apr Campaign Unites Students to Thank Librarians
Students came to level two of the library during National Library Week to share their gratitude for the staff, spaces, and services that libraries provide. Many students, like those pictured below, were grateful for the many quiet study spaces and the comfy “womb chairs”. Others thanked specific staff members for helping them with a variety of services such as Jill Moriearty, an Associate Librarian in Graduate and Undergraduate Services. The campaign ran in partnership with the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library and the James E. Faust Law Library at the S.J. Quinney College of Law. After the four days of tabling, there were over 300 responses. Those can be seen at the interactive gallery here.
Thank you to Duke University Libraries for the idea and support in the planning of this campaign as well!
